GE IS200VVIBH1CAC is a General Electric (GE) Mark VI Speedtronic ™ A vibration monitoring terminal board in the platform integrates 14 vibration/displacement/key phase inputs, 16 bit high-precision ADC, 2500 V channel isolation, and VME bus interface within the same VME 6U PCB. It can complete real-time acquisition and spectrum analysis of radial vibration, rotor eccentricity, differential expansion, axial displacement of rotating equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, etc. under 24 VDC logic voltage.

This IS200VVIBH1CAC is used as a vibration monitoring board. This PCB processes vibration probe signals from DVIB or TVIB terminal boards. These probes are directly connected to the terminal board. A board can connect up to 200 probes. IS1VIBH<>CAC digitizes these signals and sends them to the controller via the VME bus. The vibration probe is used for four protection functions, including:
1) Vibration.
2) Rotor eccentricity.
3) Differential extension.
4) Axial position of rotor
The terminal board connected to IS200VVIBH1CAC supports the types of seismic probes, proximity probes, speedometer probes, and accelerometer probes provided by Bently Nevada. In simplex or TMR mode, the power supply for these probes comes from the IS200VVIBH1CAC board.
IS200VVIBH1CAC includes a panel with three LED indicator lights. They are marked as failed, status, and running. The panel is connected to the PCB surface using three screws. This board has two backplane connectors labeled P1 and P2. The board also has four additional connectors. The board has several rows of inductive coils/magnetic beads located directly behind and parallel to the P2 backplate, labeled as L1 to L55. The board also comes with various diodes, capacitors, and resistors. The components are located on the surfaces of two circuit boards. Integrated circuits (more than<>) include Xilinx Spartan field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) as well as various types of RAM and SRAM chips.
