Its core functions include receiving digital input signals (DI, such as dry contacts and TTL levels) from field devices such as flame detectors, pressure switches, and temperature switches; Convert the safety logic instructions calculated by the controller into digital output signals (DO, such as relay contacts and transistor outputs) to drive emergency stop valves, sound and light alarms, and other actuators; Capable of module self diagnosis (such as channel faults, power supply abnormalities), signal disconnection detection, redundant switching without disturbance, and other functions; Support parameter configuration and status monitoring through the TRICONEX TriStation 1131 programming software.
