The 1771-TCM is a Temperature Control module. It comes with Eight individually isolated Proportional + Integral + Derivative (PID) slots, with each channel capable of controlling a Temperature control loop in manual and automatic mode. This module is compatible for use with Thermocouple sensors such Type B, E, J, K, R, S and T and +/- 105 mV.
Because it passes integer values in natural binary format, the 1771-TCM module is not compatible with PLC-2processors. However, the 1771-TCM module is compatible with PLC-3, 1785 PLC-5, and PLC-5/250 processors.
